HREdge can play a part in identifying employee needs and concerns, clarifying job expectations, give counsel on career advancement/improvement opportunities, and reinforce regular feedback including employee recognition.
Progressive Disciplinary Action
We have the ability to assist organizations with the development of a progressive disciplinary action policy and then helping with the implementation of the policy. This also includes working with management on defining whether the employee has a performance or work habit issue. We also will coach on the conversation with the employee and prepare proper documentation.
HR Edge assists with defining the root cause of conflictive employee situations in the workplace and assists management to bring the situation to a resolution.
HR Edge works with management to complete the termination process, whether it is a voluntary, involuntary or a reduction in force. This may include the completion of paperwork and conducting the termination discussion.
